One Steamboat Place is located adjacent to the gondola. The luxurious architecture will consist of reclaimed timbers, cut stone and weathered metals combined to portray a rich and invigorating rendition of the Old West. One Steamboat Place is dedicated to providing residential luxury to the highest standards.

One Steamboat Place will consist of 38 whole-ownership units selling at an average of $3.3M. Whole- ownership residences range in size from 2,500 to 4,700 square feet. Also available are 42 fractional units selling from $400K to $650K for deeded 1/8th shares (eight interests per residence). Penthouses will sell for an average of $4.5M. One Steamboat Place will have 450,000 square feet of retail amenities. The developers, management and ownership representatives are committed to sustainable design and preservation through all phases of development.
